第１条 法令に、この規則に定められていない事項のあるとき、もしくはこの規則と異なる定めがあるときは、労働法令の定めるところによる。

When Article 1 laws and ordinances have the matter which isn't determined by this rule or the fate that is different from this rule depends on the place that labor laws and ordinances establish once.
