これは、対人論証と言います。内容より相手の人格を攻撃し、主張や反論の代わりにする詭弁の一つです。意見と人格は別ですが、人格批判された相手の意識はそこにのみ集中しやすく、こちらの主張全てに対する不信感や否定的な感情につながります。
