今年は例年よりかなり早い決定です。

TRTのカレンダーでは年間労働日数が2014年の239日から
2015年は241日に増えています。組合が良く了承したと思います。

CGTは2014 年は年間245日の労働日数でした。
今年は244日、又は243日と1日or 2日減らしてはと思います。

しかし、1週6日稼働ができませんので、TRTの休日をCGTの出勤日
にできる良い日が少ないです。
又、祝祭日の労働日が13日以上いする必要が有ります。

そうなると、4月6日、10月23日の祝祭日を出勤日にすれば、
労働日数は243日になります。
TRTとの違いは、祝祭日が15日に対しCGTは13日となります。

さらに244日にしたい場合は、7月31日を出勤日にすれば良いです。
この場合は4連休の中日が出勤となり、連休でなくなります。

従業員が喜ぶのは、243日のTRTより2日出勤が多いと言うのが
良いと思います。
