昨日(6/18)、CGTにて就業規則タイ語版にサインしました。
今日にもCGT従業員用に張り出されていると思います。

また、給料の締日と支払日の変更について、一部従業員から依頼がありました。
【現状】締日：月末、支払日：１０日
【依頼案】締日：２０日、支払日：月末
タイでは月末に色々な決済が集中しているようで、個人個人がお金の管理が出来ない為
決済日と給与支払日を同じ月末に変更したいと言うものでした。
たまたま来社しました、日本政策金融公庫やバンコク銀行の方にも聞いてみましたが
同じような事を言っており、TRT様も同様の月末支払で、スワットもその方が良いでしょうとも
言ってます。
下脇Bとスワットさんから、変更後最初の給料は１０日分少なくなりますので、
それを社員が理解し承諾するならば変更しても良いと思います。
皆様のご意見を聞かせてください。
