会社は、従業員に対し、採用の際および毎年定期に健康診断を行い、定期健康診断書の写しを提出させるものとする。但し、採用時の３ヶ月以内に実施した健康診断書の提出をもって、採用時の健康診断に代えることができる。また、定期健康診断を会社の指定する医師ではなく主治医等で行った場合には、就労の可否を判断するため会社は従業員に対し、健康診断の写しを求めることができる。
