昨夜、小形様と電話会議しまして添付の形状で承認が取れそう(正式回答なし)です。
本日の実験結果を踏まえてワーストケースで0.5㎜製品とトレーの空間をキープできれば
貼り付きが出ない事が確認できました。
つきましては、添付のトレー形状にて手配お願いします。
しかし、EPE様からはPDF図面未だ入手出来ておりませんのでYVLでの最終確認できません
ワーストケースで製品とのクリアランス0.5㎜キープを絶対条件に製作してもらってください。
(今までのトレーは上記 コンセプトが十分伝わっていませんでした)

小形様より再三言われた事は
「トレー金型代の問題有りますが、出荷を止める方が被害金額大きくなりますので納期だけは厳守」
で対応お願いします。
また、修正でかかった費用NISSHO様へ請求忘れずにお願いいたします。
