添付の2品番についてですが、製品形状を見ると金型上で細いピンが立つのですが、あまりに細い為、すぐに折れてしまい量産できないのではないかと考えております。
そこで形状変更案を送付いたします。

図面の赤文字は問題点、青文字は改善案です。
汚い字で申し訳ありませんが、ご確認いただけると幸いです。

図の様にかなり思い切った形状変更をしないと、強度的に難しいのではないかと考えております。
添付のような形状変更は可能でしょうか。
また、PPPL8001は製品形状の変更と合わせて、打ち込むピンの形状も変えないといけなくなりますが、これも可能でしょうか。
