バンコクにすんでいる家族から、3回、フロントへ私たち向けの預かりものがあったのですが、２回は、あずかってない等のたらい回し、もう1回は、また、あずかってないと言われ、部屋にいったら部屋に届いていた。 すべて連携がなっていなく、そのたびに時間をロス。気分を害された。 あげくのはて、レイトチェックアウトなのに、その前に部屋の鍵のセンサーが効かなくなり、部屋に戻ることもできず 追い討ちをかけて、 最後のチェックアウト時に １度も食べていない朝食ビュッフェを請求された。 バーの利用しかしていないことを 伝えるが あたかもこちらがうそをついているような態度 こんなホテル初めてです。
