3-5. ポリイミド配向膜付き基板の作製 ポリイミド配向膜付き基板上で液晶挙動観察を行うため,ガラス基板の洗浄とポリアミ ド酸溶液の調製を行った。2.5 wt% のポリアミド酸溶液(NMP : γ-butyrolacton = 1 : 2) を調製し,1 μm のメンブレンフィルターで不溶分を除去した。ガラス基板の洗浄は以 下のように行った。
