Ａ側及びＢ側双方は、この契約の関連して知り得た機密事項について守秘義務

Ａ側及びＢ側双方は、この契約の関連して知り得た機密事項について守秘義務を負うものとする。機密事項とは、すでに公表されているか又は公知情報を除く、Ａ側における営業・技術に関する事業・経営上の諸情報、及びＢ側が選抜した選考対象者に関する情報を対象とする。

Results (English) 1:

Results (English) 2:

Both A side and B side, and shall bear the duty of confidentiality about confidential matters related to it was learned of this agreement. The confidential, except whether or known information has already been published, various information on the business and management related to sales and technology in the A side, and the B side is to target information about the selection subjects were selected.

Results (English) 3:

A side and the both side B, confidential knowledge related to this contract shall be on duty of confidentiality. The confidential information known to the public, or has already been on the side of the A on business and technology in business and management information, and B side for information related to a selection object selection.
