昨日今日と２日間行われたTRWの新規サプライヤー監査ですが、無事合格することが出来ました。

ＴＲＷの新規サプライヤー監査は６０％は失格するとのことです。

ＫＦＴスタッフ事前にかなり入念に準備したことがわかりやる気も感じられたとのことです。

TRWマレーシアからマレーシア人が監査に来ましたが組織上ドイツのTRWにＫＦＴを新規サプライヤーとして強く推薦する、と報告するとのことです。




１１月の２７日２８日にはTRWラヨンで新規サプライヤーのトレーニングがあり、早速それに参加するように言われました。

TRWは米国系なのでオートリブとはまた違った対応が必要になるかと思いますがＫＦＴの組織、業務見直し、さらに人材育成教育訓練を諸々実施し受注出来るよう精進したいと思います。

明日明後日はサカグチさん監査に行くようです。
