【目的】

・カツヤマファインテック㈱として、常に進歩したより精度の上がる生産性の高い使い易い金型を供給する
事を主眼として、順送金型の設計を行う際に人による違いばらつきがなく一定の思想に基づいた
設計がなされる様、本標準を定める。

【適用範囲】

・カツヤマファインテック㈱社内製作型及び協力工場製作型に適用する。

【設計の心得】

(1)機械製図、機械設計、材料力学、塑性加工、金属材料等の知識を十分に会得のこと。

(2)後述の参考書により一般的な順送型プレス加工の知識は前もって会得のこと。

(3)当社の加工設備及び、協力工場の設備については自分で加工の経験がある、又はそれに
同等の知識があること。

(4)生産される製品については、その機能を一通り知るとともに、その製品のプレス後の処理についても
知っておくこと。

(5)特に
◎生産される製品の品質
◎金型加工・金型メンテナンス・プレス加工それぞれの安全
に関しては、絶対にリスキーな設計を行ってはならない。

【設計にあたり】

(1)製品の品質が十分満足できる金型構造であること。

(2)生産数量を考慮して初期品質が長い間維持できる金型であること。

(3)金型メンテナンスが容易であること。

(4)無駄を省いたコストの安くなる構造及び加工方法であること。
