新会社は資本金20億タイバーツ（約73億円）で2015年1月設立予定。同年7月より、年間約12万台規模でATの生産を開始し、アセアンの将来的なAT需要拡大に対応する。

同社は、AT生産会社として、米国に1拠点、中国に3拠点を持ち、今回の新会社は海外でのAT生産会社として5拠点目となる。
