Thonchaiの残業が増えた主な要因はISOの開始です。
PE主体でやっていますので増えています。
またその他ではPDの検査が増えています。
品質状況の悪化による選別、教育に時間が掛かっています。
申請書は回ってきています、集計はしていませんが申請してない人が
急遽残業することは無いので（特例は除く）差異は無いと思います。

残業を減らすためにやらなければならないことは、平日の稼働率を上げ
土曜は止めさせることです。（せいぜい検査のみ）
申し訳ありません、現状私の手がそこまで回っていません。
